o R-Band Biceps Curls x 1 min.

o Split Squats

o Fit Ball Exchange

o Flat Bench Double Jump Overs

o Squat and Press x 1 min.

o 3-Point Up Downs x 1 min.

o Stepper Bench Dips

o High Stepper Step Ups/Run Ups

o Downward Dog/Push Up

o Ice Skaters over Steppers into Lunge

o Med Ball Shuttle Run
